A) TRINUM is the only solar dish sytem around the globe utilizing a Stirling engine for the cogeneration of power and thermal energy. B) Trigeneration Capability: Electric Energy:With a 1 kWe capacity, it delivers 2100 kWh* power around the year. Its power output covers the average consumption of a four people family in Turkey**. Thermal Energy:With a 3 kWth capacity, it provides 6400 kWh heat per year. It reaches a solar convertion efficiency of 40% in heat production. Solar Cooling: Heat generated in the summer can be utilized with an apsorption chiller for cold air generation. C)TRINUM reaches a significantly higher solar efficiency due to the dual axis tracking, Stirling engine design, and its direct alternate current generation eliminating the need for any invertor. Power and Heat: %53 Trigeneration: %69 D) It requires only half of the operation area of a PV and solar collectors sytem of the same capacity.
